Clair-Marie Dwyer

Clair-Marie has worked in Children and Family services for 32 years in a variety of specialist roles.

Her experience as a Children’s Guardian, Manager and Independent Social Worker has enabled her to develop her specialism in child-centred front-line practice. She has also been a Freelance Trainer for organisations and Local Authorities for the last 20 years.

Clair-Marie uses her experience, knowledge, practice, and research to enable and empower professionals to develop their expertise and skill set as front-line professionals by completing a range of specialist Court assessments.

Charlotte Moxon

Charlotte has worked in front-line children and family services for 22 years beginning life as a patch based social worker in Grenfell Tower working with the local families (Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea) and for the latter 10 years working as an expert witness and Children’s Guardian in the Family Courts.

Charlotte has also spent some time working in improvement projects based in South London focussing on mentoring and improving front line social work practice. She has presented at community care live and she has a special interest in DMM attachment theory and family systems and thinking about how best to work with families to achieve change.

Charlotte remains in practice in the family courts in London and the surrounding counties and has provided in excess of 250 expert reports to assist in decision making for vulnerable children and their families.
